The employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in coordination with the State Security Service, along with the military forces continue to enforce strict quarantine restrictions in a round-the-clock regime in the quarantine zone.
At this moment, the situation in Marneuli and Bonisi municipalities is stable and fully under control.
Citizens’ movement on the main roads is being strictly controlled by the Police through the police checkpoints. Secondary routes are also being controlled by the mobile groups of the Ministry.
Police officers conduct intensive patrolling activities to ensure a safe environment in villages and towns of municipalities.
In addition to the police forces, the quarantine perimeter is also being monitored using drones of the Emergency Situations Management Service.
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provide the citizens of the municipalities with the information regarding the quarantine rules and provide full support in case of necessity.
