The Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri held a working meeting with the director of the Patrol Police Department - Vazha Siradze, his deputies and heads of the main divisions of Tbilisi and regions of the same department.
At the meeting, the Minister of Internal Affairs focused on the important projects and ongoing reforms implemented for the purpose of functional improvement of the Patrol Police Department.
At the working meeting, it was noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to improve working conditions for police officers, police infrastructure and renovation of the car fleet.
The leadership of the Patrol Police Department provided the Minister of Internal Affairs with information on the current situation in the area of crime prevention, public order protection and road traffic safety.
Vakhtang Gomelauri gave the representatives of the Patrol Police Department relevant instructions regarding the work process.
The minister expressed gratitude for their effective work.
