The Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Georgia, Seyed Javad Ghavam Shahidi.
The parties mentioned the importance of strengthening cooperation in combating drug-related crimes and the possibility of conclusion of an agreement in this sphere.
The issues related to visa free regime between Georgia and Iran were also discussed.
