The Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Giorgi Gakharia held a meeting with the Ambassadors of the EU member states and the Head of EU Delegation. The meeting was attended by the Ambassadors of France, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland and Greece to Georgia.
At the meeting Mr. Giorgi Gakharia talked about the strengthened law enforcement cooperation with the EU member states and the progress achieved in the field of fight against crime. The ambassadors emphasized the efficient activities of Georgian police attaches in the EU member states and expressed their readiness to further deepen the cooperation with the relevant agencies of the EU countries for successful implementation of visa-free regime.
