The officers of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative measures and investigative activities, arrested 2 persons convicted in the past: G.T. (DoB 2005) and M.N. (DoB 2003) for armed robbery committed in group.
The committed crime envisions from 6 to 9 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused persons robbed one of the branches of "Libre" supermarket in Gori at night of June 8 the current year. The attackers physically assaulted the cashier and the consultant of the supermarket, threatened ith liquidation, using a cold weapon and appropriated 815 GEL from the safe located in supermarket.
As a result of operative-investigative measures and investigative activities, the police arrested both individuals.
Investigation is underway on the fact of armed robbery committed in group under Article 179, Part II, Subparagraph "B" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
