Emergency Response Center "112" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has obtained the right to implement the remote center operator training program.
The center obtained the mentioned authorization from the National Center for Education Quality Development of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
The Training Center of the Emergency Response Center "112", within the framework of the remote center operator training program, has the opportunity to offer call center operator training services to any interested parties, both state and private organizations.
In 2020-2021, due to the pandemic, the main focus was made on call centers and service centers. Emergency Response Center "112" faced significant challenges during the pandemic and managed to adapt to the new circumstances in the shortest possible time.
The goal of "112" is to share its experience with state or private companies that are interested in strengthening their resources and raising their qualifications through this program.
Both state sector agencies and private companies, as well as physical persons who want to be employed in call centers, can apply for the program. After completing the training, the trainees will be awarded with relevant certificates recognized by the state.
The program will be implemented by the trainers of the "112" training center. "112" training center was established in 2015 and up to date, 8000 individuals have been trained, including representatives of related services.
