Tbilisi Main Division of Patrol Police Department detained three employees of the CT park: Levan G. (DoB 1976), Dimitri L. (DoB 1992), and Tornike K. 9DoB 1990) for illegally restricting freedom to a minor.
Operative Response Center 112 received report according to which employees of CT park evacuated “Toyaota” made vehicle from Eliava open market to the parking lot assigned for vehicles which violated parking rules. It was also reported that vehicle was evacuated supposedly with a child in it. Patrol officers arrived at the parking lot as soon as the report was received, where they found out that in the moment of evacuation the citizen of France- Lika S. (DoB 2004) was sleeping in the vehicle.
Minor was handed over to parents safely.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegally restricting freedom to a minor, article 143, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
