The officers of detectives division along with Akhalkalaki police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained two persons- S.S. (DoB 1991) and S.S. (DoB 1991) for the attempted premeditated murder of two or more people under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisages from 16 to 20 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on the basis of the private conflict, detainees inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to A.A. (DoB 1990) M.K. (DoB 1996) S.A. (DoB 1998) and Russian citizen A.A. (DoB 1992).
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted premeditated murder of two or more people under aggravating circumstances, article 19-109, III part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
