The officers of Martvili policie division of Samegrelo-zemo Svaneti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Soso D. (DoB 1979) for committing premeditated murder.
Investigation established that Soso D. inflicted injuries with a cold steel in throat and belly areas to Niaz D. on the basis of vengeance and fled from the place of crime. Due to the received injuries the victim diet before he was transferred to the hospital.
Soso D. was detained by the law enforcers in one hour as a result of immediate investgative activities.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
