Relief period on covering fines as well as on additional penalties has ended on May 23, with the suspension of the state of emergency.
Offices of the unified Service Centers and Service Agency Branches located in Rustavi and Tbilisi will resume their services from May 27. Services will also be resumed at the regional divisions of Accounting and Analysis of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Unified Service Center takes recommendations of Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Georgian Government into account in order to ensure safe environment for the citizens and calls on customers to wear medical masks while being at Unified Service Center venues.
Rustavi and Tbilisi branches of the Unified Service Centers will offer up to 50 police services to the citizens in a usual manner, in compliance with the existing safety norms, in “Single -Window” format.
In addition to the mentioned, customers will also be able to receive various services of the patrol Police by phone: 2414242 or by visiting the official web-page of the Ministry of Internal Affairs- www.police.ge.
From June1, representative of the Service Agency will also be present at the Unified Service Center and provide citizens with the following services within the scope of “Single-Window” principle: references of the criminal record, the legal status of a person or a transport, references on crossing the state border and firearm legal status.
