The team of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to successfully participate in the "World Olympics of Police and Firefighters 2022" in the city of Rotterdam in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Georgian law enforcement officers won 2 more gold medals at the International Olympics.
Koba Kobakhidze, head of the Guria Main Division of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, took first place in the 120 kg weight category and won a gold medal at the World Olympiad of Policemen and Firefighters. Koba Kobakhidze has won many other international sports titles.
Giga Beriashvili, an employee of the Patrol Police Department, won and became a gold medalist at the World Olympics of policemen and firefighters. In judo, in the 66 kg weight category, he defeated all his opponents and won the gold medal.
