Officers of Marneuli police division of Kvem Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained E.Tch. (Do 1996) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearm and ammunition.
Committed crime envisages from 3 to 6 years of imprisonment.
As a result of searching activities held by police in house and yard of the detainee, AKC automatic weapon with one cartridge and 20 magazines was seized as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearm and ammunition, article 236, III part, envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
