The officers of Gardabani police division of Kvemo Kartli police department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained T.G. (DoB 1997) who is currently on probation. Detainee is accused of illegal purchase- keeping and carrying of firearm.
Committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
During the persona search of the detainee held in Poladaantkari village, Gardabani municipality, law enforcers seized “ARAL” pistol with cartridge as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase- keeping and carrying of firearm, article 236, parts III and IV of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
