The officers of Kobuleti police division under Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained G.M. (DoB 1986) for robbing a cash collector in Kobuleti.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 11 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on October22 of the current year, detainee assaulted cash collector of “Direct Debit Georgia” LTD near the service center of the “Bank of Georgia” illegally appropriated cash up to 55 000 GEL and fled form the place of crime.
G.M. was detained by the law enforcers in Kobuleti. As a result of the search activities held in detainee’s house, located in Kobuleti, the part of illegally appropriated cash was seized as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery, article 178, III and IV sparts envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
