The officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities, detained three persons: previously convicted Z.S. (DoB 1987) G.N. (DoB 1996) and R.P. (DoB 1995) for theft committed in group.
Committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on October 25 of the current year, late at night, detainees illegally accessed one of the houses located in Khelvachauri settlement and appropriated jewelry, wrist watch, wallet and key of the fireproof safe. Assailants inflicted injury in face area to the house owner- B.Kh. (DoB 1969) took the appropriated items and fled from the place of crime.
Police detained the offenders shortly after the crime took place as a result of immediate activities.
Law enforcers managed to seize part of the stolen items as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of theft committed in group, article 177 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
