The officers of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained previously convicted M.M. (DoB 1979) as a result of operative and investigative activities. The committed crime envisions from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment. The investigation established that the accused, person, on January 29 of the current year, in the village Jugaani, Sighnaghi municipality, stabbed a woman born in 1954 in her own house as a result of the conflict. Due to the received traumas L.B. died. As a result of immediate police measures, the law enforcers arrested M.M. within hours after the incident. The investigation is underway in accordance with the Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates premeditated murder.
