The officers of Kakheti police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained N.G. (DoB 1963) in Kandaura village for premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances.
Committed crime envisages from 13 to 17 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on May 3, 2019 on the basis of conflict, detainee inflicted severe injuries with firearm to his family members and neighbors.
On July 20, 2019 N.G. was declared as wanted. As a result of operative-search and investigative activities, law enforcers detained N.G. in his own house. Police has already seized the supposed weapons of crime as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances against family members, article 111-10, II part, sub-paragraph “F” and III part, sub-paragraph “A”
