The officers of Imereti and Shida Kartli Police Departments as a result of joint operational measures and investigative actions detained previously convicted and currently on probation T.Ch. (DoB 1995), for premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances and illegal acquisition, storage and carrying of firearms.
The committed crime envisions up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation established that he had a conflict took place between T.Ch. and his brother-in-law - G.K. (DoB 1992). Later, the accused went to G.K.'s residence in Sachkhere and to the nearby garage, where G.K.'s friend - K.L. (DoB 1979) was present and fired several shots. As a result of the incident, K.L. was wounded and placed in a medical facility, where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation into the facts of premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances and illegal purchase-storage-carrying of firearms is being conducted under Article 109, sub-paragraph "B" and Article 236, part VI, sub-paragraph "B" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
