As a result of operative search measures and investigative actions, employees of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested G.K. born in 1984 for premeditated murder.
The crime committed envisions imprisonment from 10 to 15 years.
Investigation established that on the basis of mutual conflict, in Sagarejo municipality the accused fatally wounded G.F. born in 1987 with a gunshot in the chest area and fled from the scene.
As a result of immediate investigative actions, the law enforcement officers arrested the accused person.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
