The officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities, detained J.M. (DoB 1996) for premeditated murder and causing severe health damage on purpose.
Committed crime envisages from 3 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on the basis of conflict, on the territory of the so called Dream City, located in Batumi detainee wounded two persons- G.B. (DoB 1977) and G.A. 9DoB 1983) with a cold steel and fled from the place of crime. As a result, G.B. died before being transferred to the hospital, while G.A. was rendered respective medical aid.
The weapon of crime – knife was seized by police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and causing severe health damage on purpose, article 108 and 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
