The committed crime envisions up to 4 years of imprisonment.
As a result of undercover operational-investigative measures carried out on the basis of a judge's ruling, it was established that the accused person systematically provided lodging to prostitution in a massage parlor in Batumi to women involved in prostitution in exchange for a certain amount of money.
The police arrested S.F. as a defendant on the basis of a judge's ruling.
The investigation is underway under Article 254 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
