The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative activities, solved the case of murder that took place on August 9 in Tkibuli municipality. Law enforcers detained Z.Ch. (DoB 1986) previously convicted for armed robbery and violence.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that, On August 9, on the territory of Bziauri village, Tkibuli municipality, detainee inflicted injuries dangerous to life with an automatic weapon to Z.S. (DoB1986) on the basis of vengeance, who died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.
Law enforcers detained the offender in Kutaisi, on the basis of the respective court decision.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm, crimes envisaged under the article 108 and 236, IV part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
