According to the decree of the government, in honor of the memory of those who died as a result of the natural disaster in Shovi resort, August 7 was declared as the day of mourning in Georgia. In connection with the day of mourning, state flags are lowered on all administrative buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The firemen and rescuers of the Emergency Situations Management Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue search and rescue operation in round the clock regime to find those lost as a result of the natural disaster.
