It is a great pleasure to extend my wholehearted congratulations to American people on the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States of America. Independence and freedom are the foundation of a country. The United States of America has consistently assisted Georgia in our striving to build a free and democratic state.
I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to our American partners for their support in territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia, as well as for unfaltering stance in the process of non-recognition of our occupied territories and Euro-Atlantic integration. In the same sense, I would like to express my high appreciation to our American colleagues in the Congress for introducing bi-partisan Georgia Support Act, which is indeed a historical document that will further strengthen our strategic partnership and relations in the upcoming years.
