The officers of Special Tasks Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs donated blood for children with Leukemia within the frames of “Donate Blood Save Life” project.
In the mentioned event the whole personnel of N3 division of MIA Special Tasks Department participated as well as high officials of the mentioned Department. Additionally, employees on contract of the same Department also expressed eagerness to get involved in the project as well.
In the nearest future, similar activities will be held in the regional units of the Department, by which MIA employees will contribute to redressing the issue of blood deficiency among children with Leukemia.
Employees of various police units have been participating in blood donation activities on the regular basis over a year for children suffering with Leukemia. By means of the project Ministry of Internal Affairs is making its efforts to reduce the lack of blood and blood components necessary for children with Leukemia.
