For the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, within the framework of the apartment building project, the construction of two multi-storey residential buildings in Batumi has been completed.
Finished apartments were personally inspected by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs- Giorgi Butkhuzi. Other officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also attended the event.
According to the Deputy Minister, improving social conditions for police officers is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Within the framework of the housing construction project, 88 police officers received modern standard apartments in Batumi under favorable conditions.
All persons participating in the project were given residential apartments in the condition “white frame” with an area of up to 80 square meters.
Newly built residential buildings have indoor and outdoor communal parking and a green outdoor perimeter.
The commission, created under the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs selected those willing to purchase an apartment at a discounted price under the housing construction project, and winners were selected among the candidates according to the principle of the Lottotron.
The housing construction project was implemented in Tbilisi, Rustavi and Batumi and up to date, 253 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been given the ownership.
