The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, awarded Juan A. Alcolea Ruiz, Police Attache of the Kingdom of Spain to Georgia, with a "Certificate of Appreciation" for firm and successful cooperation in the field of law enforcement and contribution between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain.
The Charge’ d’Affaires a.i of Spain in Georgia- Marcos Granados Gomez also attended the meeting.
Within the framework of the meeting, Aleksandre Darakhvelidze noted that Juan Alcolea Ruiz, who has been deployed to Georgia since 2021, has a special contribution in strengthening operational and non-operational productive cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries.
According to Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, his direct involvement and effort is appreciative in the process of signing Implementing Protocol between Georgia and Kingdom of Spain on the Georgia-EU Readmission Agreement and Agreement on Mutual Recognition and Exchange of National Driving Licenses.
