Aleksandre Darakhvelidze signed the Memorandum on Introduction of a new Learning Program on Road Safety
In coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in Georgia, with the initiative of public sector new learning program aiming at ensuring road safety will be launched.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs- Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, Ambassador of Switzerland to Georgia- Christian Schoenenberger, chairpersons of the Association for the Development of the Probation Services in Eastern Europe (Vebo), non-governmental organization “Global Connections Georgia” and the fund “Partnership for Road Safety” signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Introduction of a new Learning program for Preventing Driving under Alcohol Influence.
New learning program aims at ensuring road safety, reducing number of driving under alcohol influence and related fatalities.
The program is implemented with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in Georgia, by non-governmental organization “Global Connections Georgia” and the fund “Partnership for Road Safety” in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
