Implemented by: EU MS (Poland, finland, Austria, Lithuania, Germany, France, Sweden)

Beneficiery countries:EaP Countries (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova, Belorus)

The overal objective: to increase police cooperation on issues related to cross-border crime between EU and EaP countries and among EaP countries themselves, thus contributing to strengthening the rule of law in these countries.

Expected results:

  • Increased practical police cooperation among partners;
  • Increased knowledge on practical measures to combat cross border crime and specific forms of organized crime;
  • Increased knowledge of EU good practice on the management of law enforcement agencies.

In the frames of the Project Lithuania is a Senior Partner of Georgia and Sweden is a Junior Partner

‘Action Plan of cooperation with Georgia within framework of Eastern Partnership Police Cooperation Programme’ includes following topics:

  • Combating cybercrime
  • Drug trafficking
