We hereby inform you that if it is impossible to deliver the penalty notice to an offender in the manner prescribed by the Code of Administrative Offenses, the penalty notice shall be publicly published on the website of public information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Please note that in this case, the penalty notice is considered to be delivered to the person on the 30th day after its publication.
