Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri and First Deputy Minister Roland Meskhi held a working meeting with the heads of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department units.
Vakhtang Gomelauri received detailed information from the heads of the regional Police Department regarding the fight against crime and police preventive measures in their operational areas. The meeting focused on crime statistics and the crime- solving rate in the region.
The Minister of Internal Affairs also focused on the priority areas of the Ministry's activities.
Vakhtang Gomelauri gave the department representatives relevant instructions regarding the work process and thanked them for their effective work.
