The Main Division for the Fight against with Organized Crime of the Central Criminal Police Department has been offered resistance from the side of S.B.- wanted for premeditated murder. He opened fire to the direction of the law enforcers and then committed suicide.
S.B. who had been three times convicted in past including premeditated murder, committed a murder of a young man on the basis of conflict with a cold steel and fled from the place of crime. The incident took place in 2014 in the village of Dre, Tetritskaro. In connection with the mentioned fact S.B. was wanted from 2014 for premeditated murder.
During the detention procedures S.B. offered resistance to the law enforcers in Tetritskaro with AKC automatic weapon and Makarov pistol. The wanted person did not obey the legal demand to hand over weapons and surrender and inflicted self-injury due to which he died at the scene.
In connection with the mentioned fact investigation is in progress under the article 115. Investigation is conducted by the Kvemo Kartli Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
