The officers of Shuakhevi division of Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Zurab S. (DoB 1984) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that in late hours on May 3 detainee, on the basis of conflict, in vicinities of gas station located in Shuakhevi, inflicted two injuries in belly area with a cold steel to Dato D. (DoN 1990). Offender also wounded Genadi D. (DoB 1976) and Vazha D. (DoB 1972) and left the crime scene. Dato D. died after he was transferred to the hospital. Condition of health of Genadi D. and Vazha D. is stable at the moment, their lives are not endangered.
Law enforcers detained Zurab S. as a result of immediate searching and investigative activities, an hour later after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
