Ministry of Internal Affairs continues participation in blood donation activities within the frames of project “Donate Blood save Life”. Within the frames of the project, head of Tbilisi Police Main Division Giorgi Dalakishvili his deputy Nikoloz Samarghanishvili and other officials from the mentioned division as well as personnel donated blood for children suffering from Leukemia disease.
Ministry of Internal Affairs has been involved in blood donation project already for two years within the frames of which police employees regularly donate blood with the assistance of blood bank. Aim of the project is to reduce the lack of blood and blood components necessary for children with Leukemia.
