The officers of Didube-Chughureti Division first unit as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Davit N. (DoB 1967) for causing serious health injury on purpose.
Investigation established, that the accused inflicted multiple injuries in chest area with a cold steel to Giorgi S. (DoB 1976) on the basis of conflict and fled from the crime scene. The wounded citizen was transferred by the ambulance crew to the Central Railway Hospital where he underwent the urgent surgery. His medical state is critical but stable at the moment.
The detained pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing serious health injury on purpose article 117 of the Criminal Code. Investigation is carried out by Didube-Chughureti First unit.
