Border Police officers handed food supplies to disaster affected Badri Mindikauri who is the only resident of mountainous village Khakhabo, Dusheti region.
The citizen living in isolation was provided with food supplies by means of the helicopter from the aviation division of the Border Police. Heavy spring rains completely detached Badri Mindikauri’s house from the regional center, destroyed harvest and killed cattle. Seven kilometers length pedestrian path was also damaged which was leading to the mentioned village.
Already for several years Badri Mindikauri has been living in tough conditions in Khakhabo village which is 1500 meters above the sea level.
