Two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were suspended from their positions for improper behavior and for illegal purchase-keeping and consumption of drugs.
Based on the operative information, officers of MIA General Inspection detained G.M.- employee of the first unit of the first division under Department for protection of Strategic Objects of Special and Emergency Measures Center from whom law enforcers seized 0,83 gr of marijuana wrapped in two packages. Drug test revealed that the mentioned person consumed marijuana. On the basis of the above mentioned G.M. was fined with 500 GEL in accordance with article 45 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
Officers of the General Inspection on the basis of the operative information detained student of the MIA Academy – I. R. (DoB 1986) drug test revealed that detainee was the consumer of marijuana.
