Up to 400 employees of LEPL Service Agency from all regions of Georgia will undergo training on improving standard of service, stress and conflict management for two months.
The training is being held at MIA and includes such topics as: effective service, verbal and non-verbal communication, professional stress, conflicts and conflict management strategies. Training participants will be involved in various exercises and logical assignment, by means of which they will be able to provide more quality service to the customers and establish better communication.
Employees of LEPL Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provide service to hundreds of citizens each day in all regions of the country. In order to provide amplified, fast, reliable and customer-oriented Service Agency staff is being trained on the regular basis. LEPL Service Agency will continue to provide trainings for the staff in the future, to provide quality service to the citizens.
