Georgian National Central Bureau of Interpol along with Ajara division of the Patrol Police as a result of jointly held activities detained Turkish citizen at “Sarpi” customs –Taipun Karakaplan (DoB 1985) while crossing Georgian state border from the side of the Turkish Republic.
The mentioned person was wanted by Wiesbaden Interpol Bureau from 19.06.2013 for violating 242, 244, 263, 263 A, 267, 22, 52, 53, 54 articles of the Criminal Code of Germany envisaging stealing, swindling and computer fraud.
Taipun Karakaplan forged the certificate of his salary and work agreement for receiving bank loan, however after studying documents the number of Inaccuracies has sled to the idea that documents were forged and thus the loan was not allocated. Detainee also penetrated the apartment with specially made keys and stole various items. He also stole 1000 EU from the stolen credit card.
At this moment pre-extradition procedures are underway against the detainee, as defined by the law.
