The officers of Anti-corruption Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained deputy head of Vake district municipality Mamuka Tsaava was detained on the fact of bribery. Investigation established that in March of 2015 promised certain person to assist him in finding job and in return demanded and received 3000 EU.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of bribery, article 338, I article, which envisages from 6 to 9 years of imprisonment.
