The officers of Anti-corruption Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities exposed and detained deputy head of Keda municipality Guram Kobuladze for bribery in especially large quantities.
Investigation established that Guram Kobuladze, while fulfilling his duties, promised certain citizen to assist in appropriation of 2000 sq. meters of land area. In return for the above mentioned Kobuladze demanded and received 30 000 US dollars.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of bribery in especially large quantities, article 338 III paart, sub-paragraph E, which envisages from 11 to 15 years of imprisonment. Investigation is conducted by of Anti-corruption Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
