The officers of Kareli police division of Shida Kartli police department as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained Kadir Kh. (DoB 1976) in Kareli for illegal purchase, keeping and transit of firearms and ammunition.
Law enforcers detained Kadir Kh. When he was in the vehicle, from which policemen seized unregistered AKM automatic weapon, 4 cartridges and 500 bullets. During the personal search of the detainee police seized 1 cartridge and 30 bullets. Kadir Kh. Has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and transit of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II and IV parts of the Criminal Code.
