The officers of Mtskheta police division of Mtskheta-Mtianeti police department as a result of the operative-searching activities detained Mamuka A. (DoB 1978) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s house in Mamkoda village, law enforcers seized Kalashnikov automatic weapon with two cartridges and 75 bullets and gold star pistol with three bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
