The officers of Imereti regional division of Central Criminal Police Department, as a result of operative activities detained Davit G. (DoB 1977) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in the detainees house law engorcers seized AKC automatic weapon, two magazines and 141 bullets.
Davit G. las already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
