The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained previously convicted I.B. (DoB 1983) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized illegal firearm, magazine and 11 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
