The officers of Detective’s division of Tbilisi Police Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Levan P. (DoB 1986) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seized “Kalashnikov” type automatic weapon with two cartridges and 50 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition article 236, I and II parts of the Criminal Code.
