The officers of Detectives’ Division of Tbilisi Police Main Division, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained the resident of Tbilisi, previously convicted Teimuraz Q. (DoB 1962) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearm.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seizes “CZ” pistol with one magazine and nine bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearm, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
