The officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the MIA as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities detained in Nardevani village, Tsalka region Andranik T (D.o.B.: 1982) on the fact of premeditated murder and Hayk M (D.o.B.: 1955) on the fact of attempted premeditated murder
The investigation established that Andranik T on the basis of personal conflict inflicted lethal injuries with the Winchester model firearm to Andranik M and fled from the scene. The victim died as a result of the injury.
After the mentioned Hayk M inflicted injury to the relative of Andranik T – Samvel T (D.o.B.: 1961) with Makarov system firearm and fled from the scene. At this moment the health condition of the victim is stable.
The law enforcers detained Andranik T and Hayk M in a few minutes in the vicinity of their houses.
During the search of the house of Andranik T and personal search of Hayk M police seized both firearms as evidences.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and the attempted of premeditated murder (Articles 108 and 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
