The officers of Adjara division of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained the citizen of Kirgizstan Nasibakhon A. in Batumi for trafficking and trafficking of minors.
Investigation established that on May 15, 2013 detainee arrived to Georgia from Kirgizia with Ulugbu A. (DoB 1996) and Gulsanam M. (doB 1979). Nasibakhon A. deprived the mentioned persons from their passports and restricted their freedom. Detainee forced them to be involved in prostitution by means of intimidation and threats. He appropriated cash received through prostitution throughout the year.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of trafficking, article 143, II part, sub-paragraph A, article 143 III part, sub-paragraph B and C, article 1431, II part, sub-paragraph B, article 1432 III part, sub-paragraph B and D of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
