The officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division and Counter Terrorist Center as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Heldum S. (DoB 1984) the resident of Karajala village for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms.
During the searching activities held in the farm located in Karajala village law enforcers found 527 bullets for automatic weapon, AKM and AK-74 automatic weapons, three cartridges and etc. detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
